Domaine du Bois Joly is a family estate with 30 hectares of vines between 30 and 60 years old. It is located in Pallet, 20 kilometers southeast of Nantes in the heart of Sèvre and Maine. They work with respect for nature and the wine is certified organic (Certified High Environmental Value III level, or Environment Management System) This Harmonie Sur Lie is a fresh, fruity and complex Muscatel that is different and unique in its kind. The variety that people work with at Domaine du Bois Joly is the Melon de Bourgogne. This very small grape comes from grape vines that are located on a bottom of slate and limestone. This generous Muscadet, full of minerality, is synonymous with cosiness because it adapts to all times of the day, whether it's festive or not. Moreover, the aging on its lands gives a sparkling character in the mouth and increases the freshness. Different aromatic tones are released over the years. In the glass the Harmonie is fresh pale with golden hues. In the nose aromas with notes of white flowers, melon, peach, apricot and a hint of citrus.
