70cl / 49.00% - A beautiful white Armagnac here from Darroze, made with the Folle Blanche grape variety. It was the historic grape variety in Gascony for a long time and before the phylloxera crisis, it was the only grape variety planted in the region. It produces very fine and delicate Armagnacs that can shine without cask ageing, as this expression demonstrates, which we think could replace gin in a Dry Martini.
