70cl / 40.00% - Bougainville uses 100% Mauritian molasses to make this characterful rum. After fermentation of 10 to 14 days, it's distilled in single batches and aged for at least three years in a host of oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, resulting in a decadent, well-rounded profile, layered with delicate oak, caramel, and elegant tobacco.
