70cl / 40.00% - Caliche Rum is awesome both inside and out, founded by none other than Rande Gerber and Roberto Serralles. Produced at Destileria Serralles in Puerto Rico, the five times distillied white rum is in fact aged using a solera system, though it's then charcoal filtered to remove any colour from the ageing process.
