Two stunning ship's decanters in the Georgian Rodney style. With heavy, wide bases & 4 ringed necks both of these decanters have minor scratching & some sediment/clouding inside & neither have stoppers. I believe them to be antiques & they each have pontil marks on the base & bubble inclusions however I have can't verify this & am basing it on identical ones found online. A - small scratch on top which can't be picked up with my camera, weighs 1.93kg & holds 1 litre. Measures 20cm high & 22cm in diameter B - Ridge on the underneath, holds a little over 1 litre, weighs 1.875kg Measures 20cm high & 22cm in diameter Most of my items have been collected from markets in rural France & chosen because of their unique appearance, wonderful patina or just because I loved them. Many will show small signs of wear as they are pre owned & pre loved but I try & highlight any major imperfections in the photos & descriptions. I spend a lot of time researching each item after I buy it to try & get as much information as I can including a maker if it can be found, an approximate age (but inevitably I am relying on the internet so I might not always be 100% accurate) & also to establish a fair price. Please message me if you have any questions at all or would like further photos. Antique Blown Glass Ship's Decanters With 4 Rings, Rodney Decanters-No Stoppers
