SANAIG Sanaig is rocky inlet just north of the distillery and is the name given to our predominantly sherry cask influenced core expression, a vatting of 70% oloroso sherry casks and 30% bourbon barrel Nose: Fruity, pineapple, light grapes, freshly brewed coffee, delicate earthy peatiness, with caramel candies. Palette: Light-footed, soft and delicate, peach, raisins in dark chocolate, ripe, red berries, including peat that gets stronger with a little black pepper finish: Long-lasting, clearly peaty, sweet
