More about this Signature Zenwaro Design. The splendid shape of the glass hearts are a Zenwaro signature design. We work closely with our artisan glassblowers to achieve the voluptuous or full body heart shape & simple bottle neck. Hearts are mouth blown into our thoughtfully designed mold, this process is done by hand so variations will occur ensuring each vessel is authentic. The iron vine stand in which the heart rests securely is hand forged by our talented blacksmiths. 1/4 thick solid steel bars are cut into specific sizes then heated, hammered, & shaped to hold each individual heart. This process gives the iron vine stand an organic presence, looking as though the iron naturally grew around the glass, hugging each & every curve. The Heart is blown from recycled glass that is collected then crushed & heated in large kilns where temperatures reach 1500F. Once molten hot glass is of proper consistency, it is then blown into a mold & the Amber color dye is added during the heating process.
