A great looking & very collectable vintage Empire Ware cottage ware. The butter dish is made from ceramic & hand painted. Can also be used as a smaller size cheese dish. The butter dish is in great condition for age, but there is an old repair to tray (see picture) & I have reflected this in the price. Dish measures 4 3/4 in height (including lid), 5 1/4 in width & 6 1/4 in length. A fab retro item, which would make a great gift!
